I have been a house owner on our leasehold development since 1995 and a Director since 2018. In my time as a leaseholder our management board has had a number of managing agents looking after our estate, whose performance has been disappointing. Realty took over in 2016. The company and Robert have been a breath of fresh air and the first time I have felt comfortable with how “things” are being managed. It was because of their involvement and support that I allowed myself to be persuaded by my neighbours to join the Board.

I have found Realty professional at all times. My Property Manager knows the area well & is active – ie he gets out of the office and onto the site regularly. As a result, he is familiar with the block & many of the residents. His understanding of the building trade & contractors is also exemplary. No complaints

I’ve been very happy with Realty since they first started looking after our building about 10 years ago. They were recommended to me by my solicitor and, despite a number of management changes over the years, have always been a very good company. They listen to concerns and respond quickly and efficiently. I would certainly recommend them.

My block in Whitefield has been managed by Realty for several years and on the whole I have been very happy with their professionalism and efficiency. Work on the block is regular and efficient, and if there are any problems, I can usually contact the site manager and get the problem resolved quickly. Residents have the opportunity to voice any complaints or raise issues about future spending priorities at the AGM.

I’ve been dealing with this Company for about the last 5 years. I have always found them to to be professional and friendly. Issues reported are dealt with promptly. Expense is kept in mind too when resolving repairs and maintenance. I’d recommend them if you need property management.

Changed over to Realty about 18 months ago and I cannot praise the company highly enough. Professional, thorough and completely on the ball they are easily the best management company I deal with ( I have a number of flats so I deal with quite a few) Martin is my point of contact and is friendly and very approachable. I would recommend Realty as a management company. They are professional, knowledgeable about legislation, health and safety and have taken over the management of the apartment block seamlessly. Problems are dealt with quickly and quotes from sub-contractors for works sought to ensure value for money and quality.

Realty stepped in 18months ago as managers for the apartments I live in. The place had become a bit of an eyesore after years of lies and inaction from the previous company. Realty have put it all right and are easy to deal with, what’s more, they have been very competitive with the costs too.

Reality and my property manager in particular took over management of our block of of apartments a little under a year ago and since then the owners what’s app group has been silent due to no problems. This is in stark contrast to the previous management team. Would highly recommend. Communication I feel is key in this between the owners and the management company and this is where my property manager really does excel.

I’ve been a Director at two different properties, and have dealt with three different management companies. Of these, Realty has been by far the best: attentive, fair and conscientious. The company has been responsible for overseeing an ambitious renovation project of the apartment complex I now live in. It has been diligent in working with Directors and explaining sometimes complex and difficult decisions to owners. My experience of other companies, by contrast, is that each agent is dealing with so many properties that they have to prioritise efficiency over scrupulousness. With Realty, both principles matter equally.

Realty Management are a very proactive service management company, which a positive approach to looking after properties under their control. The staff are easy to interact with at all levels are very professional and qualified in their areas of expertise.

I have been living in a property that realty look after for 3 years, and I can say they have been very good and super-efficient in any issues that have been raised.  Their management of the building was great very transparent, nothing is too much trouble even when you call with stupid questions which I have done from time to time. As chairman of [management company] I have known Daniel Pollard for roughly three years ever since he took over the running of Realty Management, and have found him to be an assiduous, hardworking professional. In that time Daniel has overseen a number of innovations in the way that finances are organized. In particular, being responsible for bringing down service charge arrears to a record low amount.

I regularly keep in contact with Daniel either via email or by phone, and he has always been quick to respond to any problems or queries that have arisen in the past. Daniel personally attends all our board meetings, delivering an up to date financial report, an agent’s report as well as taking minutes of the meeting. He also attends our annual general meetings, performing similar duties on a larger scale.

The staff at Realty Management have always performed to an exceptionally high level of professionalism.  They are courteous and helpful, giving out advice when appropriate, passing on messages etc.. Overall, the relationship between [development] and Realty Management has been a very satisfactory one.
