The Insider North West Business Awards shortlist has recently been announced, with Realty Management Limited shortlisted for Employer of the Year 2020!
The awards focus on businesses that have originated within 5 North West counties: Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside. There are currently over 7 million people living in the North West of England, and the region is host to some of the UK’s most vibrant and successful businesses in the World.
Hundreds of companies from across the North West entered the North West Business Awards this year, with the organiser stating:
“Whilst we understand that some may be disappointed to not be shortlisted, the high calibre of those who entered made the panels decisions very difficult as they shortlisted each category to our Finalists.”
Realty’s nomination for Employer of the Year 2020 recognises the company as one of the leading employers within Manchester and the North West and their commendable efforts as an employer has meant that the company experiences a very positive staff trend, with a very low staff turnover, and staff members that have worked for Realty for over 10- 30 years.
In recent years Realty has attracted key individuals that might not normally consider working for ‘smaller’ firms, and this has seen the company develop further and blossom into a confident, solid, medium sized firm.
Realty Management are the only Managing Agent within Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside to have been shortlisted at the awards this year, noting the comapany as an enviable employer within the property management industry.
