Whether you are in AST, block residential, multi-occupier office and retail, or the industrial and logistics sector, the Property Week Management All-Stars is the must-attend awards event in the property industry.
Sound property management can make a huge difference in operational efficiency and can add a significant increase to the value of buildings. Exceptional property managers, together with their partners – financial planners, surveyors, insurers, facilities managers and other suppliers – are instrumental in fulfilling all asset obligations towards both landlords and tenants. Equally importantly they maximize the value of their properties, while also making them the best places to live, work and do business in.
The Property Week Management All-Stars recognise the importance of the key role property managers and their partners play in keeping the buoyant property sector on a steady course.
Realty have been announced as finalists for the following 4 awards this year:
- Residential Property Manager of the Year
- Customer Services Team of the Year
- and TWO of Realty’s team: Daniel Pollard & Martin Gilder are listed as finalists for Young Property Manager of the year
The winners of the awards will be announced on the 6th November 2019 at The Ballroom in Grosvenor House, an absolutely extraordinary location. The historic hotel on the famed Park Lane in London’s Mayfair district, is just moments from Hyde Park, Oxford Street, Buckingham Palace and more, and is the idyllic setting for the prestigious awards.
Robert Prichard, Director of Property Management at Realty Management commented on the achievement:
“Having worked for a couple of the largest managing agents in the country it’s refreshing to work for a company perceived to be the new kid on the block (management), but who have been doing what they do for almost thirty-six years and doing it as good as the larger multiple award winning managing agents but very much under the radar.
The additional recognition we have received as a company this year, shows that Realty are very quickly being recognised as leaders within their field, and it is a great commendation for our teams efforts. “
