Realty MD In The Top 100 Industry Specialists
Realty’s MD, Daniel Pollard has been selected by News On The Block (NOTB) magazine as one of the top 100 influencers in the leasehold sector during 2017. NOTB preface the annual countdown feature with this:
“In this special feature, we identify the most influential people in the residential leasehold property sector. Included in the list is a mix of leasehold campaigners, parliamentarians, trade and professional bodies, managing agents, building owners, investors, developers, valuers, and lawyers, amongst others.”
Realty has been managing property in the North West for almost four decades and Daniel became the owner and MD of Realty in 2014/15. NOTB have recognised that since then he has overseen a complete overhaul of operational systems and procedures in order to take an already long-standing and reputable company truly into the 21st century, utilising some of the most cutting edge technologies and innovative ideas seen anywhere in the industry.
This recognition culminated in 2017 when Realty were voted best medium sized managing agent in the UK by ARMA, who equally recognise Daniel’s achievements in such a short space of time.
Daniel commented: “2018 is set to be an even more exciting year. We have some great ideas in the pipeline and a superb team, systems and procedures to bring these ideas to fruition.”
