Realty’s Christmas Competition Winner announced!
Following the recent unprecedented circumstances due to the pandemic across the UK. It has been a testing time for many Companies, Customers and individuals. As a result, Realty wished to thank all of our customers for their patience, loyalty and understanding during these times, where we have all had to get used to a new way of life, a new way of working, and for Realty, a new way of operating as a business.
In September, Realty launched a customer review incentive competition that ran until the end of November. To take part, customers were asked to provide honest feedback on Realty’s services, which resulted in some lovely comments and feedback which we have passed on to the board to praise our exceptional team members and to ensure that as a business we are continuing to exceed expectations.
The winner was hand drawn from sealed envelopes on Tuesday 1st December, with our lucky winner Mrs Parry receiving the £150 Harrods Christmas hamper, filled with festive goodies!

“I have been a leaseholder of an apartment managed by Realty Management for five years now and cannot recommend them too highly. The apartment complex is very well maintained and communication regarding any maintenance or issues is excellent. An AGM meeting gives leaseholders/residents the opportunity to bring up any problems or ask any questions regarding the management of the company. The staff at head office are helpful and efficient and can recommend tradesmen for any jobs that are the responsibility of the leaseholder. I would not hesitate to recommend Realty Management as property managers to any prospective leaseholders of properties that they manage.”
