Strong Start for Realty in 2021
Realty are extremely proud to have experienced a strong and positive start for the New Year with the appointment at a number of prestigious schemes, internal promotions, and a number of new colleagues joining the company in recent months.
As Realty’s reputation has grown as the Managing Agent of choice for Resident Management Companies, Freeholders, and Developer Clients; 2020 has seen Realty’s portfolio grow in a positive and steady direction, despite challenges faced by the COVID-19 pandemic. This positive trend is continuing into 2021, with January seeing the appointment of Realty at 3 prestigious schemes totalling over 315 individual units in the first month alone. Customers selecting Realty explained that they appreciated Realty’s customer focused approach, competitive fees, experience, technical knowledge, and the feedback/testimonials of current customers.
As a result, the last year has also seen the growth of the team with the addition of 5 new team members. Siobhan Waldron, Louise Newton and Heidi Bennett joined the Property Management teams this year as Property Managers; Jane Collins joined the administration team as a Property Assistant; and a position has recently opened for a new reception team member, Nadine Severn who will join the company in February.
Realty also recognise this month the exceptional team members that have assisted in the development of this growth with two of our most experienced Property Managers, Martin Gilder and James Coote promoted to Senior Property Managers.
